I am sure that I am not the only teacher that has started getting ready to go back to school already. I don’t think I ever stopped getting things ready bit by bit all summer, but now I’m in full swing! There are a few just days left before my big kids go back to school and just a couple of weeks until my preschool year begins. This is where having printable student welcome postcards is important – save yourself some time!

Classroom prep usually involves a lot of laminating, cutting, putting together, accessorizing, cleaning, and list making. So to make things just a little easier on all the preschool and kindergarten teachers out there, I am sharing my printable Welcome Postcards for students!

Printable Student Welcome Postcards for Preschool & Kindergarten

When I taught kindergarten, I would buy super expensive postcards, fill them out with sweet can’t-wait-to-meet-you messages and get them in the mail as soon as I received my class list!

Instead of spending a ton on store bought postcards, print my super cute ones out for FREE!

Free printables don’t always have to be a learning activity for little learners. In this case, these postcards are just to make life easier for teachers! {and of course make new students feel so welcome!}

There are 2 sets of postcards included in this post. One set is for preschool teachers and one set is for kindergarten teachers.

Both files are linked at the end of the post to download include the super cute front of the postcard AND the back of the postcard that has room for a message from the teacher and the student’s address. You will print the front and the put the paper back in the print (facing cardstock correctly) to print the back of the postcard.

{HINT} 2 versions of the back are included. Determine which back you will need during a test print and only use that one!

Hi! These postcards are so cute! When I download the Kindergarten one, it is a bubbles download instead of the postcard. The preschool one works great, but could I please have the link to the Kindergarten postcard?
