The Welcome to School Pack is loaded with beginning of school goodies.  There are boy and girl, as well as preschool AND pre-k AND kindergarten versions.  The complete set includes:

The pack is grouped so that it’s easy to print.  The preschool versions are at the beginning and the kindergarten set is at the end of the download.

Editable & Time Saving Printables

One of my favorite parts of the Welcome to School Pack is the welcome postcards.  Four postcards print per page.  The postcards are easily editable.  This means that you type your message to your students in the text box and it automatically fills into all 4 postcards!

I chose to personalize the student’s name and sign my name at the bottom, but you could also type in your name at the end of the text box too!

When printing the postcards, print a practice set first on scrap paper to test that you have put the paper in the correct way when re-feeding it through to print the back.

On the first day of school, sending students home with a certificate and a super cute crown is the perfecting ending to a great day!

The certificate is editable, so that you can just type in the student’s name and print.  Choose the preschool or kindergarten version, fill out, and print.

The crowns come with boy and girl options.  Find the preschool or kindergarten set that you need, and print.  There are 2 crowns per page.  There are strips included for the back of the crown in the printable pack, but I will probably just use sentence strips or cut paper with a paper cutter instead.

These 2 items will make first day of school photos absolutely adorable!

At meet the teacher orientation, I give out ready confetti to my preschoolers.  My version of the ready confetti poem is shorter, more preschool and kindergarten friendly.  

There are black and white or colored versions of the ready confetti.

The ready confetti is editable.  Type in your “from” message and it will automatically fill into all sections of the page!

The Welcome to School Pack also includes forms for parents to fill out or use throughout the year.  Simply print, copy, and give out during meet the teacher orientation!

If you’re looking for a fun way to set up a wish list for your classroom, make wishes on the stars and post them for your parents to choose from!  Hanging the starts from strings and clothespins from the ceiling add an extra creative element.  And stars hanging from the ceiling are hard to miss!
