Writing centers in Pre-K?
Yes! It is almost impossible to find a great set of writing centers for your Pre-K classroom – until now!
Four and five year olds are not able to (or should be expected to!) sit down and write a sentence or a story on their own. There are so many steps that need to be taught, observed, and practiced before ever getting to that point. With different experiences, four and five year-olds will build confidence with pre-writing and then writing skills.
And this bundle is full of those writing opportunities!
Why are early writing skills so important?
Encouraging early writing skills helps build confidence with with drawing and writing activities. Giving young children inviting and fun opportunities to strengthen their fine motor writing muscles and coordination benefits their big kid writing skills later on.

Why are bundles the best way to go?
Themed learning that have similar activities, but change content and theme, help keep classroom management issues to a minimum and cut down on explaining how the activities work over and over again. Adding pre-writing and writing activities to your Pre-K or kindergarten day will only benefit the academic skills and encourage practice that will help build those big kid skills.
