Ice Cream Roll & Color – Read and color the color words at the top of the page under each die. Roll a die, identify the number of dots shown, and then choose an ice cream cone on the recording sheet to color in the correct color. Roll again and color in another ice cream cone until all of the ice cream cones are colored in.
Ice Cream Count & Add Cards – Pick a math card. Use buttons or pom poms to add ice cream scoops to the cones. Use the first number in the addition sentence to add that amount of ice cream scoops to the first cone and the second number to add that amount to the second cone. Count the total number of ice cream scoops to find the answer. Use number magnets or dry erase markers to fill in the answer in the addition sentence.
Ice Cream Cone Number Sort 1-10 – Place the ice cream cones on the table. Identify the number word on the cone. Find the scoops that have the same number shown as a numeral, on dice, and with tally marks. Add the scoops to the ice cream cone.
